Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Product Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, software development, or a related field. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a proven track record of delivery. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive product strategy, enhance user experience, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy: Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for the platforms, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer demands.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, cyber and other internal stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features and deliver high-quality products.
Technical Expertise: Leverage technical knowledge to communicate effectively with engineering teams and understand the implications of technical decisions on product development.
User Experience: Advocate for the end-user by gathering feedback, conducting user research and analyzing usage data to inform product enhancements.
Project Management: Oversee the product development lifecycle, including planning, execution and delivery, ensuring efforts are completed on time and within budget.
Market Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends, opportunities and potential risks, adjusting the product strategy as necessary.
Stakeholder Communication: Present product updates, roadmaps and performance metrics to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment across the organization.
Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in product management or a related role, with a focus on technical products or platforms.
Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable plans for stakeholders.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Experience with product management tools (e.g., JIRA) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
Familiarity with cloud technologies and APIs is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related field.

Expected annual base salary range:
$125,000 - $185,000Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.
Additional compensation: Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.
