In this role, you will take ownership of a key product or technology in the company portfolio. You will help set the product's vision and roadmap, design and execute the projects that support the roadmap, lead data-driven growth through QA testing, gather customer insights from across the organization, and coordinate with designers, developers, data analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure that your product is delivering an amazing experience for users.

Product line planning; guiding content and technology development; advocating for customer/sales needs in the product development process;Drives product strategy and vision to deliver high quality products and/or features on schedule that meet the product needs and corporate goals.Communicates project scope changes, prioritization reasoning, and decisions affecting product deliveryDefine project deliverables to support delivery of high quality products on schedule that meet company needs and goalsManages product lifecycle from initial conceptualization, authorization, development, launch, maintenance and sunsetting productsLiaise between core project team members and internal stakeholders (e.g. engineering, design, marketing, research, QA, etc.) to collect and synthesize feedback, manage/align project schedules, and motivate team.Collaborate with stakeholders to assure timely completion of all tasks associated with development process, gather feedback across organization for a continuous improvement model.Make recommendations for revisions of and extensions for existing solutions, including product customization, new components, and pricing models.Work closely in collaboration with the engineering team to facilitate rapid development according to accepted plans and requirementsDefine high-quality and comprehensive product requirements and ensure they address the customer use case.Provide constructive feedback to technical staff during all phases of the software lifecycle to keep development priorities aligned with business needs.Product Life Cycle Management

Maintain strong, ongoing channels of communication with the sales force, development, QA and Support and other functional areas across the company.Ability to clearly communicate the business requirements to the team.Qualifications and Skills:
Experience managing and/or supporting custom applications, their reporting tools and integration points.3+ years of software solution/product management experience.A solid working knowledge of the product management lifecycle and an understanding of the tenets of software development.Deeply knowledgeable of the SDLC, Agile and SCRUM methodologiesExperience managing projects and teams using agile management technologies such as Jira, Team Foundation Server, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Trello, etc.A passion and track record for growing products in the technology market and understanding of how the various components of the applications work together.A problem solver's mentality with the ability to effectively communicate solutions and issues to stakeholdersA strong commitment to collaboration, with a ruthless focus on prioritizationExperience working with UI/UX team; guide the development of interface standards and assist with testingExperience creating and maintaining a Product backlog and sorting the Product backlog items according to priority.Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral), presentation and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to form constructive opinions and justify decisions.
