Job DescriptionAbout the Day to Day Responsibilities of the Role:
Work one on one with the Commercial Property Business Product Owners to identify and prioritize multi/cross team initiatives, enhancements, maintenance, and support items. QualificationsAbout You and How You Can Excel in this Role
5 years commercial property insurance product, underwriting, and/or channel management experience.Bachelor’s degree (in a field such as business administration, software development, data science or statistics) or equivalent/related work experienceExcellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively (verbally and in writing) with internal staff and external stakeholdersAbility to work with large data sets and distil critical business insights from themStrong critical thinking, analytical problem-solving skillsAbility to collaborate across teams, connecting products and processes for internal efficiency and external stakeholder solutions.An innovative mindset, open to new ideas and challenges outside of what is known or comfortableDesirable Skills
