Job Description We are seeking an experienced Data Product Manager to join our team as a contingent worker. This role will be responsible for driving the strategy, development, and delivery of data products that enable data-driven decision making across the organization Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Development  Define and execute the product roadmap for data solutions, working closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities and prioritize initiatives  Translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications for the development team  Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from conception through launch and iteration  Monitor product performance metrics and user feedback to drive continuous improvement Data Management & Governance:  Ensure data integrity, quality, and governance across various platforms and teams.  Define and enforce data contracts, SLAs, and compliance requirements.  Work closely with data engineering, analytics, and compliance teams to ensure secure and scalable data solutions. Stakeholder Management  Partner with business units to understand their data needs and challenges  Collaborate with data engineers, Business intelligence (BI), and analysts to ensure effective solution delivery  Present product updates and insights to stake holders & senior leadership  Facilitate cross-functional communication between technical and non-technical teams Core competencies  Develop and maintain product requirements documentation  Guide the architecture and design of data products and solutions in collaboration with data architects and data engineers  Work on A/B testing frameworks and data experimentation methodologies where applicable  Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for optimization  Ensure data quality, security, and compliance standards are met  Drive the adoption of data products across organizations  Ensure timely delivery of features with high accuracy and minimal technical debt..
