**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Product Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent product management skills, and a passion for delivering innovative products that meet customer needs.
**Develop and implement creative, high-quality requirement roadmaps** :
+ Develop and utilize algorithms and predictive models to evaluate scenarios and potential future outcomes.
+ Drive an innovative feature roadmap for key applications and processes.
**Take end-to-end responsibility for the strategic value, usability, and performance of our solutions** :
+ Oversee day-to-day development of key technical applications/systems.
+ Ensure quality control and user acceptance of features/components.
**Collaborate with key stakeholders in design and planning decisions** :
+ Work with technology stakeholders to align on business value, problem statements, and strategic priorities.
+ Enable data-driven strategic decision-making and identify opportunities for software product improvement and new development.
**Manage prioritization and trade-offs among experience, scope, and time to market** :
+ Analyze user needs and contribute to the development of software solutions using principles of computer science, electrical/electronics engineering, and mathematical analysis.
+ Collaborate with data processing and project managers to understand software product limitations and capabilities.
**Work closely with frontend/backend engineering teams, design, and stakeholders in an agile environment to deliver solutions to market** :
+ Responsible for data modeling, reporting development, and contributing to data infrastructure improvements.
+ Ensure compliance with business requirements and improve product performance.
**Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues to help the team meet business, financial, and technical goals** :
+ Collaborate with business partners to understand problems and goals.
+ Develop modeling, analysis, data reports, and performance metrics to prioritize features that maximize ROI and impact.
**Manage backlog planning and development through day-to-day collaboration and decision making with a cross-functional team including engineers, designers, and business or subject matter representatives** :
+ Provide subject matter expertise, explaining technical vision and user stories to ensure requirements are understood and value is delivered.
+ Collaborate with the development team to refine and prioritize backlog items that align with Iteration Objectives.
**Develop detailed, crisp user stories with acceptance criteria based on customer needs/experience and business requirements that can be used to create product specifications and architecture** :
+ Consider usability testing and end-user feedback to ensure the product addresses and resolves user pain points.
+ Provide detailed feedback to architecture and development teams to maintain the technical integrity of features/functionality.
**Work with UX Research to design usability and research studies to inform product requirements and influence product design and experience** :
+ Define and prioritize stories to increase program velocity and quality.
+ Validate acceptance criteria and testing, updating status to align on software delivery expectations.
**Own and manage the backlog; continuously orders and prioritizes to ensure that 1-2 sprints/iterations of backlog are always ready** :
+ Build, prioritize, monitor, edit, and maintain the flow of the Team Backlog to ensure delivery of satisfaction and outcomes.
+ Set the runway for early business value and impact by determining the sequencing of sprint planning.
**Define and analyze metrics that measure and benchmark solution success** :
+ Identify software development dependencies and trade-offs, as well as problem-solving risks.
+ Address information/technology security, performance monitoring, and cost/maintenance.
**Drive product launches including working with business stakeholders, engineers, and other cross-functional teams across the enterprise** :
+ Identify potential enablers and spikes for discussion in the Program Increment.
+ Define objectives/features, produce the PI system demo, and present to stakeholders.
**Play an active role in optimization and process improvements, for teams to easily understand, build, and maintain best-in-class software systems** :
+ Drive product development through digital scrum teams to implement new pharmacy product suites.
+ Partner with client teams, UX designers, and engineers to implement the vision.
**Provide hands-on technical guidance and support throughout the development process** :
+ Develop business cases around new features and capabilities.
+ Follow agile methodology to establish proper documentation and acceptance criteria with POs to achieve a “productized” set of APIs.
**Demonstrate superior product and industry knowledge through active involvement in development tasks** :
+ Analyze data on a continuous and daily basis to assess the success of the product.
**Required Qualifications** :
+ 5+ years of experience working as Technical Lead/Design Lead/Solution Lead/Technical Product Manager.
+ 2+ years of experience in distributed systems, cloud computing, and microservices architectures.
+ 5+ years of Database experience in SQL, NoSQL, table structure, data relationships.
+ 5+ years of experience working in agile product development.
**Preferred Qualifications** :
+ Strong work ethic, self-starter, and highly productive in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
+ Strong business process acumen with experience in supporting business stakeholders.
+ Business-level communication skills.
+ Skilled in negotiation to align stakeholders and communicate a single synthesized perspective to the scrum team.
+ Facilitates dialogues that produce new perspectives and trigger recommendations for substantial innovation/enhancement, and analysis of consequences.
**Education** :
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience).
**Pay Range**
The typical pay range for this role is:
$101,970.00 - $203,940.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
