Our Systems Integration Platform is a critical enabler for our digital transformation journey. It enables fast, efficient, and secure data and information exchange across essential systems and applications. As a member of our team, you will lead and coordinate the end-to-end delivery of high-impact integration platforms. You will work with stakeholders and delivery squads to ensure we deliver the right value and outcomes at the right time.

Responsibilities
Lead the Systems Integration Platform activities - assessment, prioritization, estimation, team capacity planning and forecasting, etc.
Work with Platform customers (delivery teams) and stakeholders, understanding their needs and capturing their requirements, owning and managing the API platform backlog
Lead technical squads and coordinate end-to-end delivery of specific API platform capabilities - from initial demand to final platform release in production
Actively collaborate with solution architects, product managers, and other delivery leads from the Platform team to ensure we provide the right solution for our stakeholders at the right time
Promoting Platform capabilities and governance principles among customers and stakeholders, getting regular customer feedback
Expected skills and experience
At least 3 years of experience in Systems Integration Platform leadership - proven track record of successful platform management and delivery
At least 8 years of experience in IT related positions - platform architecture & engineering, software engineering, product management, service delivery, DevOps, SRE etc.
Experience in working with stakeholders - understanding needs and translating them to requirements for delivery, managing stakeholder expectations, and collaborating with stakeholders on the overall delivery plan
Experience in leading and coordinating the delivery of technical squads - planning and estimating effort, identifying risks and dependencies, removing obstacles, and supporting the technical squads in their work
Experience delivering IT solutions in a larger organization, assessing risks and dependencies from collaboration with other teams
Excellent project management skills - planning, estimation, coordination of effort, status tracking, etc.
Experience in agile delivery - focus on customers, short feedback cycles, focus on outcomes and value, data-driven decisions, etc.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. The official communication language is English
High-level knowledge and understanding of the systems and application integration technical area - APIs, integration patterns, cloud technologies, etc.
Experience in product management - adopting the product model and the product mindset
Nice to have skills and experience
Experience in people management - working with people, administrative tasks, growing talent, supporting professional and personal development, etc.
Product management or project management certification
A general understanding of the pharma industry
