Title: Technical Product Manager

Concentrix seeks a passionate and experienced Technical Product Manager to lead our innovative team. Join us to create cutting-edge solutions that drive significant business impact.
Role Overview:
As a Technical Product Manager, you will manage the complete product lifecycle, from strategy through to development and market readiness. Your leadership will guide critical, high-visibility projects, specifically in digital infrastructure and software development practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the execution of telecom projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.Oversee the setup, migration, and disaster recovery (DR) of digital infrastructure projects.Facilitate and lead Kubernetes setup projects, ensuring best practices are maintained throughout.Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines to improve product release processes and quality.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and operations, to deliver successful product outcomes.Analyze market and competitive conditions, positioning the product to maximize profit and customer satisfaction.Communicate product goals and strategies to stakeholders at all levels.Qualifications:
8+ years of experience as a Product Lead/Manager with a proven track record in handling critical and high-visibility projects.Deep understanding and prior experience with telecom projects.Expertise in managing digital infrastructure setup, migration, and disaster recovery (DR) projects.Practical experience in setting up Kubernetes environments.Proficiency in managing setup and testing through CI/CD pipelines.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Preferred Skills:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies.Experience in cloud services and containerization technologies.#LI-Onsite
