Technical Product Manager of Predictive Metrics, Conversational Assistant Services
This is a unique role for an experienced technical product manager in that you'll directly own a multi-year product roadmap for predictive metrics (i.e., ML-based analytics) used in our analytics platform, which thousands of developers rely on to make their Alexa features useful and enjoyable for end-users. In addition to standard product lifecycle ownership, you'll be exposed to and influence machine learning teams (applied and research scientists), machine learning engineers and software dev engineers, learn and use big data techniques, and be at the cutting edge of privacy and security best practices. The role has known scope and day-to-day responsibilities with opportunities to both grow the product roadmap and customer reach, as well as grow your own skills, influence, and leveling.

Key job responsibilities
You will need to work closely with customers (both internal to Conversational Assistant Services org and across other Alexa orgs), understanding customer requirements and being responsible for driving and synthesizing these into new product features and roadmaps - from requirements definition, scoping, protoyping, development, QA, customer training/acceptance, and launch. The niche here is that "the product" is a handful of predictive metrics used at scale to measure Alexa's CX. It will greatly help if interested candidates have experience working in machine learning measurement and/or measuring CX. We care deeply about continuous improvement and using metrics to drive key product and business decisions. In this role you will work directly with other program/product managers, applied/research scientists, data scientists, software engineers, and business intelligence engineers to define and prioritize product features within the broader analytics platform.
