Job Description The Product Owner IT Lead will work within the organization, collaborating with the Global regulatory affairs business process owners to understand business processes and requirements specific to the R&D Regulatory business function. This role will contribute to building an overall strategy and roadmap to advance business capabilities, delivered by innovative technology to deliver trusted, ground-breaking, strategic, data driven solution for the Global Regulatory Affairs function. Skills and Requirements A minimum of a bachelors degree  A minimum of five (5) years of related IT experience  Experience eliciting business requirements using a standardized methodology  The ability to quickly learn the business and enterprise processes involved  A consistent track record to partner and deliver with development teams that support various technology platforms  Relationship management and influencing skills  A minimum of 1 year experience applying development methodologies (Lean, SAFe, Agile and/or Waterfall)  Entrepreneurial spirit to influence, define, and craft requirements to drive projects to completion while collaborating strategically with the team A concentration in the field of computer science, engineering, or science or demonstrated related work experience  Knowledge of data & analytics capabilities / technologies  Experience working with validated software development processes  Three (3) years of IT experience in Life Sciences/Healthcare or Regulated industry  Ability to work in ambiguous situations and across organizational boundaries null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
