The Technical Product Owner (TPO) for Ritchie Bros. Financial Services is responsible for defining product enhancements to support key business initiatives and for guiding the development, deployment, and support of all owned product capabilities. The TPO will work with business champions and business analysts to understand and capture needs and manage grooming sessions to inform product and sprint backlogs. The TPO will coordinate with development teams to ensure all technical requirements are comprehensively defined and understood by developers, quality assurance and system integrators. The TPO will also ensure that new features and enhancements are supported with documentation and training as required. 3+ years of experience in overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software and hardware solutions, systems, or products.
