Technical Product Owner II (Sr. BUSINESS ANALYST)

Summary:
Responsible for creating the business and/or functional requirements necessary for technology solutions that meet customer needs, expected delivery dates, and exceptional quality standards. Serve liaison role between application technology vendors, internal groups, and business users.
Required skills and Responsibilities:
· Excellent understanding of the business analyst profile, preferably with direct customer interactions
· Translates business requirements into product-specific designs and configuration, detailed requirement specifications and use cases
· Worked extensively interfacing with enterprise level app development & UX teams and frameworks
· 4 - 7 years of Business Analyst experience
· Interact with business users to understand new business requirements and enhancement requests.
· Deliver functional specifications, design documents, business process workflow and related documentation for new development projects and/or enhancement and modification requests to be used by Systems Analyst
· Drive sprint planning activities including story refinement to ensure successful sprints with clear acceptance criteria
· Demonstrate new functionality to business users seeking inputs on future direction
· Good to have: understand back-end systems, data mining for integration of B2B software’s
· Excellent communication skills, are a strong negotiator and facilitator and has excellent written and oral communication
· Self-initiate and creative thought process towards new feature enhancements abide by legal regulatory compliances
· Good to have (Non mandatory) if working in life sciences, supply chain or manufacturing, or experience developing software solutions that support manufacturing or supply chain
· Work with global time zones, internal teams, or customers
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
· Knowledge of Salesforce
· Knowledge of quality management processes for life sciences
· Participate in user focus groups and requirements workshops, vendor training and demonstrations
· Assist in supporting activations and rollouts
· Knowledge in different B2B software’s (life-sciences)
Academic Requirements:
· Successful completion of a bachelor’s degree in a relevant program of study, or equivalent work experience is required
