Technical Professional Services Advisor

What does a successful Technical Solutions Consultant Advisor do at Fiserv?

You will ensure the predictable, consistent, and successful delivery of Electronic Payments solutions and create scalable and repeatable processes that help ensure quality delivery.  The product line you will primarily support is Bill Pay. You will work under light supervision with oversight provided by the leader of Business Operations and Solutions Consulting team.

You will work with internal stakeholders to develop roll-out strategy for new products and features.  You will be responsible to work with the Sales team to define creative solutions to align with their specific business needs, which are not met by an out of the box product. You will partner with key internal and external stakeholders and be expected to gain trust, as well as become the go-to-person and subject matter expert for detailed questions from project managers.

What you will do: 

Author comprehensive scope and solutions documents with input from technical resourcesWork with internal partners to support the optimal deployment of Fiserv product/service offeringsDrive go-to-market implementation approaches to help Client project delivery teams quickly and effectively understand the scope of new products and servicesIdentify and drive critical operational improvements that lead to higher quality, faster delivery, and lower costDrive opportunities to engage in consultative, billable design projects and provide specialized knowledge to advise Client in developing their internal ROI case for approval to proceedParticipate in pre-sales, project cost estimating and proposal generation and presentation activitiesCreate statement-of-work template and pricing models for new product, feature and update existing documentationProvide leadership and key stakeholders with the information and venues to make effective, timely decisions

What you will need to have:

5+ years of experience in product consulting and client advisory support5+ years of experience in project management1 year of experience with Fiserv platforms

What would be great to have:

Experience with MS OfficeAbility to travel up to 10%

Salary Range

$96,200.00 - $164,900.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in New York and California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
