Technical Program Manager, ASIC Firmware

**Summary:**
Meta is seeking a Technical Program Manager with Firmware development experience. The Technical Program Manager (TPM) will lead cross-functional and multi-site teams on developing, evaluating, and delivering our firmware for ASIC products to support our infrastructure. Meta's Infrastructure Engineering organization is responsible for the growth, management and 24x7 upkeep of Meta's products and services. This is a full-time position and will report to the Group Technical Program Manager.
**Required Skills:**
Technical Program Manager, ASIC Firmware Responsibilities:
1. Manage cross-functional infrastructure programs in a matrix organization focused on firmware solutions for ASICs.
2. Engage in product management in collaboration with Engineering partners to define firmware roadmap and influence product developments.
3. Provide engineering assessments and risk analysis for firmware solutions.
4. Develop and manage firmware solutions end-to-end, build program plans and ensure on-time delivery.
5. Provide hands on program management during analysis, design, development, testing, integration & release, and post deployment phases.
6. Drive internal process improvements across multiple teams and functions.
7. Analyze product needs and produce firmware plans to meet those needs.
8. Work with infrastructure and external partner teams to build and deploy scalable firmware solutions.
**Minimum Qualifications:**

9. B.S. in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
10. 4+ years of Firmware Engineering, Systems Engineering, Hardware Engineering, or Technical Product/Program Management experience.
11. 2+ years of experience supporting Firmware Engineering teams.
12. Experience in end-to-end firmware & hardware development life cycle management and development processes.
13. Experience with managing projects related to system software and hardware-software co-development.
14. Knowledge of enterprise server systems/components and server management software.
15. Organizational, coordination, and multi-tasking experience.
16. Analytical and problem-solving experience with systems.
17. Experience establishing work relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and multiple partners in different time zones.

18. Experience with data center architecture and deployment.
19. Experience working with silicon vendors and ODMs.
20. Start-up environment and technical infrastructure management experience.
21. Hands on experience with server management software stack.
22. Experience with open source ecosystems and engagement with industry groups.
**Public Compensation:**
$134,000/year to $196,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
