Minimum qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, related technical fields, or equivalent practical experience. + 5 years of experience in program management or related fields. + Experience managing relationships with internal and external partners. + Experience using various program/project management tools and systems. + Experience with mobile software development, Android framework, and mobile testing.
