**Role Title:** Site Infrastructure Program Manager - Serving Platform & Integrations team
**Duration:** [Approx] Jan 13, 2025 - September 30, 2025
**Work Location:** Hybrid
**Work Schedule:** Normal PST business hours, Monday – Friday
**Pay Range: $** **73.28-$97.43 Per Hr**
**Project Overview:**
We build server and client infrastructure that powers YouTube Infrastructure to the next billion hours of video consumption applying the program management discipline to sustain critical internal processes and support our client teams.
**Overall Responsibilities:**
Join a collaborative team working to manage critical internal horizontal processes that support our engineering organization and oversee our second party integrations process workflows which aim to provide access to YouTube data across teams in a safe and compliant way.
You’ll work with other teams to shepherd their data requests to the right YouTube stakeholders and ensure alignment and sign-off on access. You’ll collaborate with another TPgM to maintain and improve the process to increase overall velocity and efficiency of the program. Within Site Infrastructure, you’ll collaborate with team members within our organization to track and maintain specific internal initiatives related to budget and cost savings, engineering velocity and backlog management, and specific targeted programs to support our partner teams.
**Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:**
+ Manage day to day operations of our second party access integrations process, including supporting client questions and shepherding requests through the process to fulfillment.
+ Partner with our engineering cost savings leads to maintain a program that organizes cost reduction initiatives across teams, including supporting weekly stand-ups, handling communications across teams, and tracking/aggregating savings metrics across the organization to represent our overall impact.
+ Serve as a program lead for specific team initiatives where needed that require program oversight, progress tracking and potential process improvements. This work will fall both within our client onboarding processes and in supporting specific client migration efforts.
**Mandatory Skills/Qualifications** :
+ Education: Degree and field- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience with 4+ years experience engineering program management or related discipline.
+ Specific Tools or Applications experience _: Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), SQL, Google App Script_
+ Experience in Program Management on technical cross-functional projects as well as process ownership with an eye towards the importance of customer service and client support.
+ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with high attention to detail.
+ Firm sense of accountability in an environment that requires the ability to navigate ambiguity.
**Non-Essential Skills/Qualifications:**
+ Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, building relationships with SREs, SWEs, Product, Legal, UX, and other key stakeholders.
+ Experience working in a globally distributed organization
+ Experience working with privacy policies and compliance requirements.
+ Already have (or interested in building/honing) an understanding of: Apps scripts for project tracking, and general program mgmt automation techniques.
**Skill/Experience/Education**

**Pay Details:** $73.00 to $97.00 per hour
