**The Worlds Largest Search Engine is Seeking a Technical Program Manager 4 in NYC!** **Technical Program Manager** **Estimated Duration: 6 months** **Work Location:** Hybrid in NY _Hybrid work: Tues-Thurs in the office. Monday & Friday remote_ _US-NYC (preferred for timezone coverage)_ _US-KIR (possible if timezone coverage can support CET as well)_ **Work Schedule:** _(Normal EDT business hours, Monday - Friday) Overlapping collaboration with PDT and CET time zones_ **Pay Rate:** $ 106.40-$ 139.77 per Hr **Project Overview:** _Looking for a Sr. Program Manager to provide temporary coverage on a complex Corp Eng program with key stakeholders across PAs. Dynamic Space Metrics will provide Real Estate teams key metrics on space utilization and requires many integration points with devices and systems. Additional programs include engagements on space logistics initiatives that manages automated room booking and releasing tools, and various space types._ **Overall Responsibilities:** + Ramp up transition from current program team in Munich, Germany to Kirkland, USA + Establish new engagement models with key partners (PM, UX, etc) and customers + Own the project plan, risk management, escalation, comms planning, updating all tools of record + Help establish the program structure and drive execution in a split geo engineering model between US and IN + Establish transition plans for joint program ownership with IN based T/PgM and future US based T/PgM **Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:** + Provide program leadership across engineering program including planning, execution, risk management, communication planning, change management, reporting + Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, UX, partners, and customer engagement + Drive key program engagements including (but not limited to) daily sprints, program reviews, stakeholder syncs, metric reporting, communications **Mandatory Skills/Qualifications:** + Education: Bachelor's degree (minimal) in a technical field + Total years experience in what industry, discipline or responsibility: 10 years experience leading technical programs developing software + Skills or processes candidates must have to be considered for the role: + Familiarity with technical integrations of systems and data sources + Ability to work across multiple time zones, flexibility as needed + Strong customer and stakeholder management skills + Comfortable with ambiguity and self starter **Non-Essential Skills/Qualifications:** + Existing knowledge of Google organizations, specifically Corp Eng and REWS + Familiarity with internal Google tools: Buganizer, Taskflow **Pay Details:** $106.40 to $139.77 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
