We are seeking an experienced and motivated Technical Program Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and a proven track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work cross-functionally, and a passion for driving project success.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage multiple technical projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.Collaborate closely with engineering, product management, and other cross-functional teams to define project requirements and objectives.Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.Identify and mitigate risks and dependencies that could impact project outcomes.Facilitate regular project status meetings and provide clear and concise updates to stakeholders.Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies.Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent.8+ years of experience in technical program management or a related role.Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
