As a hands-on Technical Product Manager, you will coordinate efforts from resources in multiple locations (domestic and/or international), to meet technology and product goals. You will play a central role in managing and transforming a complex ecosystem of applications that have a mix of legacy technologies and cloud native technologies.
You will be agile, adaptable and retrospective; not afraid to identify what we are doing wrong so we can fix it and what we are doing right so we can improve on it.
Job Duties
Authorize product iterations, approve designs and cost estimates for iterations, set priorities, help administer budgets. Participate in long-range planning. Responsible for ensuring project budgets, schedules, and performance standards are attained.Participate in more critical day-to-day operational issues, remove barriers, and resolve issues.Meets with business team members periodically to review issues/backlog and gather the requirements to create solutionsResponsible for troubleshooting a wide variety of complex integration problems and identifying solutions within broad application and functional expertise.Interfaces with our product, operations, technical, and client services teams to drive the direction of systems integrationsEmpower team members, drive operational excellence, high quality, and optimize spend.Explore and research new and alternate technologies and platforms. Evaluate, recommend, and apply these alternate/new technologies, disseminating information throughout the team/department. This includes documenting large and complex assignments for knowledge transfer and developing expertise in multiple areas. Mentor other team members on area(s) of expertise. Provide technical guidance on a wide range of systems/projects.Job Qualifications:
Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills
