Technical Program Manager
As a Technical Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and executing complex technical programs for a large healthcare client. Responsibilities include:
Architecting and implementing comprehensive program plans that align with technical objectives
Collaborating closely with engineering teams to ensure seamless delivery of the blue-chip program
Conducting technical assessments and evaluations to identify integration points and ensure smooth system interactions
Developing detailed technical roadmaps that outline project trajectories and milestones
Monitoring all technical aspects of the program to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables
Producing regular status updates to keep stakeholders informed of progress and any potential technical roadblocks
Leading the technical integration efforts to ensure systems are cohesively connected and optimized for performance
Owning the program from initiation through completion
This role demands a highly technical individual who can navigate and integrate complex systems effectively, driving the program to successful fruition. Your technical acumen and hands-on approach will be key to thriving in this position.

$45/hour to $50/hour

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401K retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
