This a a proposed position that should be awarded by 1 February. We will be offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus or reimbursable relocation, $1,200 compliance bonus, and competitive salary. Responsibilities Include: The Program/Project Manager is responsible for providing comprehensive management and oversight of all activities performed under the contract, ensuring alignment with the requirements of the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Technical Direction Letters (TDLs). This role involves strategic planning, coordination, and execution to ensure successful delivery of program objectives while maintaining seamless collaboration with Government stakeholders and other contractors. Required Experience and Qualifications: + Active TS/SCI + Masters Degree + 5+ years of specialized experience + Ability to summarize complex information for executive-level consumption and break down details for requirements owners' understanding and use. + Proficient in developing, maintaining, and facilitating the utilization of artifacts that document government requirements and understanding. + Ability to manage and oversee all activities performed by contractor personnel, including subcontractors. + Ablility to provide the Government with detailed technology roadmaps, IMS schedules, transition planning, and master plans as required. + Ablilty to supprt the Government as the systems integrator by delivering contractor support to derive value from aggregated and processed data sets, working seamlessly with other vendors in a multi-contractor environment. + Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
