Job Description One of our big tech clients seeks a Technical Program Manager to join a product innovation focused data center team. As a TPM, you will lead and manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery aligned with strategic objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and business units, to define project scope, develop schedules, and communicate risks effectively. You will drive action items to closure by following up with stakeholders and ensuring accountability, while also developing and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, including scope, schedules, and risk management plans. Regularly, you will provide updates to stakeholders at all levels, clearly communicating project status, risks, and mitigation strategies. Skills and Requirements 4+ years of experience in electrical engineering 4+ years of project management experience managing successful projects in hyperscale mission-critical industries (such as oil and gas or data centers) Proficiency in CAD/BIM modeling and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.). Excellent PM ability in scope development, schedule development, and risk communication.
