Kforce is immediately adding a full-time Technical Program Manager in support of our nationally recognized, Consumer and Commercial Electronic R&D client in Austin, TX Responsible for: * Scoping and defining the technical design, driving execution, and delivery of a software feature, solution, or product * Serving as the bridge between cross-functional teams including Business, Engineering, IT, and other cross-functional teams * Refining requirements and distributing work into logical, customer-valued deliverables Opportunistically identifying synergies with existing systems * Defining the overall approach and architecture * Being accountable for defining the overall quality plan for the feature, solution, or product. * Ensuring on-time delivery and escalating issues as necessary * Supporting the planning and execution of multiple projects or programs in support of the organization's software products * Performing program analysis, managing risk, identifying and influencing necessary course corrections * Communicating program status and activities across multiple levels of management * Continuously assessing and improving the processes that comprise the software development lifecycle * Managing risks and resolving issues that affect release, scope, schedule, and quality * Defining and tracking key metrics and performance indicators * Driving cross-functional execution of program deliverables
