Your Impact
Manage multi-functional infrastructure projects in a matrix organization covering a range of functional areas in Silicon Engineering, Platform, Software, Hardware Systems, Sourcing & Operations and vendorsDrive and manage ASIC development and their subsystems with vendors, from concept to production.Provide program management support during all phases of silicon and firmware development from concept, design, development, fabrication, validation, qualification and production release phases.Drive internal process improvements across multiple teams and functions.Work with the software, hardware, architecture teams to understand the requirements and constraints Work independently with minimal supervision.Deliver ASIC solutions and high quality system products. Align with product management and Architecture team requirementsYou possess strong interpersonal skills, which are evident in your ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively within diverse, multi-functional teams. Your organizational strengths are complemented by a track record of leadership and outstanding interpersonal skills, allowing you to multitask efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Additionally, you have demonstrable experience in managing both the granular technical details and the overarching big-picture strategy.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer or Electrical Engineering or other technical field or an equivalent experience of 12+ years in the industry.Demonstrable experience in ASIC development or management.Experience managing multi-functional and/or cross-team projects or programs in an ASIC environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Computer Science and/or Electrical Engineering or other technical field and an equivalent experience of 10+ years in the industry.3+ years of experience in Program/Product management or Technical/Engineering management with proven leadership in delivering successful products.Prior experience in managing ASIC design flow (architecture, micro-architecture, RTL, Synthesis, functional verification, physical layout etc.)Experience in pre-silicon testing with Emulation, FPGA, and post-silicon validation.Demonstrated experience to manage from technical details to big picture.
