Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to lead our international tech cost optimization and IT asset management initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, technical aptitude, and the ability to navigate global tech markets. This role involves coordinating tech operational activities, managing vendor relationships, and optimizing software deals. The candidate should be adept at dealing with ambiguity, translating raw data into compelling stories, and fostering cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate tech operational activities to ensure timely delivery of team deliverables. Identify and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency. Maintain and enhance the team playbook, ensuring it remains up to date. Establish standard operating procedures for reporting and manage core file management, including versioning and archiving. Develop, improve, and maintain team dashboards and communications to foster effective collaboration. Evaluate and leverage vendor capabilities, assess contracts, and implement efficient solutions for cost optimization. Identify areas of potential cost savings and develop strategies for international technology cost optimization. Engage in cross-functional and cross-team collaboration, building strong professional relationships and networks. Analyze and interpret large amounts of data, identifying patterns, trends, and insights. Showcase the value delivered by the team through executive-level reporting and storytelling. Utilize technical skills such as PowerBI to support data cultivation efforts. Excel in the Scrum framework, contributing to agile methodology and program management. Experience in interacting with product areas and managing vendor relationships. Strong analytical, storytelling, and reporting skills. Proficiency in using tools such as PowerBI for data analysis and reporting. Excellent cross-functional and cross-team collaboration skills. Familiarity with agile software development methodologies (e.g., Scrum). Experience in the Retail & POS domain.
