NVIDIA is looking for a highly motivated Technical Program Manager to join the Digital Human Technology team! You will play a key role in the coordination and management of technology-driven projects that bring AI avatars to life, with a focus on data for research, product development, and Digital Human showcases.
What you’ll be doing:
Be at the intersection of research and development, helping to coordinate and manage the collection and augmentation of data, including 3D, 4D, motion capture, audio, and more
Build and manage relationships with cross-functional teams, fostering open communication and collaboration while ensuring technical goals are aligned
Oversee budgets, engage with vendors, and facilitate contract negotiations
Develop project timelines, identify and resolve roadblocks, and ensure projects remain on schedule
Communicate and report on project status, challenges, and key insights
Collaborate with teams to facilitate the management and execution of Digital Human showcases
What we need to see:
Demonstrated proficiency and aptitude for managing technical projects
Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a highly matrixed environment
Strong time-management skills, well organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize
Exceptional communication skills, positive attitude, and a passion for driving innovative projects to success
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent experience
6+ years of experience
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Knowledge of the latest trends around LLMs and Generative AI
Familiarity with Motion Capture and 4D data a plus
Experience working on 3D digital human projects

The base salary range is 156,000 USD - 299,000 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits. NVIDIA accepts applications on an ongoing basis.
