Insight Globals client is looking for a Technical Program Manager for a project that is about to kick off. The project goal is to implement an enterprise Quality Management System (eQMS) to support standardized quality processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and expand continuous improvement efforts , while enabling value creation for the company throughout reduction of number of incidents, recalls, and quality product returns. In a nutshell, QMS is covering a formal system used to document, track, approve, and adhere to policies, procedures, regulations, and processes. We have selected already the product to be deployed (Veeva). This Project Manager will be expected to navigate along side the Veeva team, managing the integration of the product and solution. This person will be working cross functionally with procurement, business stakeholders, etc. This is a 2 year, $8 million dollar project.
Our company is looking for a well-rounded technical program manager who understands technical program management and project management at its core. You need to have adequate technical expertise to drive the implementation of a brand-new enterprise Quality Management System (eQMS).
As the primary technical program manager, you are responsible for all the product delivery. You need to act as a bridge and work near the technical team and product management professionals across several business lines. That is why this role requires excellent communication skills, along with a strong technical background for smoother collaboration. Its preferable if you have prior technical program management experience in the same industry but not a requirement.
Last but not least, we require our technical program managers to also have business management experience.
The Technical Program Manager Needs to:
Oversee, plan, and manage the product deployment stages
Create detailed project plans at each product development stage for maximum efficiency.
Collaborate with multiple teams, including software architects, software engineers, system engineers, system integrators, and product teams.
Identify cross-team dependencies to incorporate them into the program planning process.
Ensure that product integration and product delivery is possible within the product budget and timeframe.
Oversee and assist in the integration process.
Ensure complete compliance according to industry standards by documenting all the processes and adjusting them, if necessary.
Manage project escalations whenever necessary and help assemble project teams when necessary.
Maintain project and buglet plans execution within the standard tools this company uses (PNow, Ariba, SAP, etc).

Skills and Requirements
-At least 3 years of Technical Program Management experience.
-Deep understanding of the product integration process, the product lifecycle, and program management.
-Advanced knowledge of individual product deployment stages is a must.
-You need to have prior leadership experience in product planning, management, and project management.
-You must have excellent communication skills for a smooth collaboration with engineers and other teams.
-Ability to manage project timelines, prioritize tasks, and align teams based on those tasks is crucial.
-Prior experience in product deployment and integration is a must.
-Highly Pro-active / go getter and Strategic thinking is key
-A bachelors degree in technology management, business administration, computer science, software engineering, or another relevant field. -We prefer that you have prior relevant experience in a similar or related industry but its not a requirement. (CPG, manufacturing, etc.) null
