Our team drives the evolution of the **user experience** , working alongside various teams to deliver the **best of YouTube** to users. **About the Work** We're looking for a **Technical Program Manager** to strategically partner with the **CoreX UX team** , responsible for core YouTube experiences, including **YouTube’s UX Design System** . In this role, you will: + Act as the **point of contact** and project partner for **T/PgM counterparts** , fostering trust across **Engineering, Product Management, and UX teams** . + Work with **UX team leadership** to define priorities, including **requirements gathering, scheduling, resource allocation, and approval coordination** . + Provide **clear communication** to team leads on **program status, risks, priorities, and resource needs** . + Identify issues **proactively** and create **sustainable solutions** . + Conduct **strategic analyses** , translating **data into insights** that influence stakeholders and drive execution plans. **Minimum Qualifications** + Experience working with **UX Design teams and Design Systems** . + Ability to establish **trusted relationships** and align diverse stakeholders. + Proven experience in **process improvement** and driving organizational change. + Excellent **verbal and written communication skills** . + Strong **focus and attention to detail** in a **fast-paced, evolving environment** . **Preferred Qualifications** + Thrives in **vague or undefined** project scopes, using data to drive solutions. + Knowledge of **user-centered design processes, design systems, Figma libraries, and product development** . **Pay Details:** $115.00 to $129.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
