Role Description:The focus of the AI, Analytics, & Data (A2D) Success team is to empower Intuit technologists (data analysts, software engineers, machine learning engineers, data scientists) to achieve their business objectives with impact by delivering personalized and proactive support integrating with A2D’s data & AI capabilities (i.e., the internal platform). The goal is to enable these cross-functional partners in the business units to create value from the data and AI platform in a self-serve capacity by operationalizing the data maturity & AI standards, providing training and resources, and continuously improving our processes with an eye for self-serve, sustainable governance, and change management.
This role requires deep customer empathy and the ability to work as a partner and advocate to help users navigate through any organizational, process, or platform barriers to maximize adoption, business impact and derived value by empowering adoption for these internal customers across Intuit leveraging the platforms built by the A2D team.
