You Are:
We are looking for a Technical Program Manager who work with 1 of our clients in Mexico. As a TPM you will be working with Firmware, Software and Hardware for a semiconductor company.
The opportunity:
· Lead and manage technical programs focused on firmware development and delivery.
· Utilize Azure and Microsoft Project Management tools for planning, tracking, and execution.
· Debug and resolve technical issues across HW/SW platforms during project lifecycle.
· Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure successful New Product Introductions (NPI).
· Monitor and analyze data using Kusto Query Language (KQL) for troubleshooting and optimization.
· Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and documentation in Azure DevOps (ADO). Foster strong communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment and project success.
· Ensure compliance with project goals, timelines, and quality standards.
This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.
What you need:
· 3+ years of experience in the following areas:
• Working as a Technical Program Manager or similar role in firmware (FW) projects.
• Azure DevOps (ADO) and Microsoft PM tools.
• Azure cloud services and Kusto Query Language (KQL).
• Debugging skills in both hardware and software domains.
• New Product Introduction (NPI) processes for HW/SW.
· Nice to have:
• Certification in project management (PMP, Agile, or Scrum).
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams in the technology sector.
• Understanding of firmware development processes and lifecycle.
