Key job responsibilities: The TPM for RMTO Data & Analytics responsibilities include: * Actively support and foster a culture of inclusion * Collaborate with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Business Intelligence Engineers, and Functional Managers to define and deliver analytics tools and insights * Look for opportunities to simplify and automate redundant processes as well as tools to allow customers to self-educate and self-service data * Partner with stakeholders to develop a data strategy which will enable the future of AI, CV, and ML capabilities * Lead technical excellence across the data team raising the quality bar of all output * Translate the requirements of the business stakeholders into technical requests to the partner technical teams * Utilize agile methodologies to run sprints to deliver data analytics and enable business insights across the full portfolio of RMTO's services * Work with partner teams to refine the BI and visualization space across Robotics
