Kforce has an enterprise client seeking a Technical Program Product Manager II in Sunnyvale, CA. Summary: As a Technical Program Manager for the Office Infrastructure Deployments (OID) team in Corporate Infrastructure Services, you will help define the deployment KPIs and establish the mechanisms to measure, monitor and alert on deviations from the agreed targets. You will drive accountability for performance and quality for global infrastructure deployments through regular (WBR/MBR/QBR) reviews, escalating when necessary. You will act as a point of escalation for senior leaders to share feedback that drives change. This role is transformational, playing the key role in maturing and improving the infrastructure deployment services our customers rely on worldwide. You will drive a commitment to quality within the infrastructure operations & deployment organization, ensuring the processes deliver the intended outcomes the first time. As part of this role, you will be a force multiplier to drive improvements and efficiencies in our deployment and operational processes, reducing engineering effort globally. You will enhance our demand and capacity tracking mechanisms and reporting. You will build mechanisms for scheduling work that comes from our partners that ensures we can deliver at scale and eliminate scheduling bottlenecks. You will plan and implement Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement practices for the team. This role's scope is global across all corporate infrastructure.
