Technical Program Product Manager III
Description We are offering an engaging employment opportunity for a Technical Program Product Manager III in Seattle, WA. In this role, you will be involved in managing complex technology transformation projects, coordinating with various engineering teams, and stakeholder groups. You will also participate in product management activities, supporting product prioritization, roadmapping, and collaborating on implementation and testing. Responsibilities: • Manage large technology transformation projects, requiring coordination across multiple engineering teams and stakeholder groups • Devise project plans, accounting for dependencies and establishing processes for cross-functional collaboration • Report project progress to leadership • Resolve potential bottlenecks and foresee future challenges to ensure smooth project workflow • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and UX designers to deliver re-imagined retail experiences to our customers and efficient administrative platforms to our internal teams • Support product management activities such as prioritization and roadmapping, product requirements, and user stories • Collaborate with engineering on implementation and testing processes • Lead the coordination and management of external partners involved in the project • Utilize Agile methodologies and software such as JIRA in the execution of duties • Leverage e-commerce platforms to enhance retail experiences for our customers • Utilize analytical skills to make data-driven decisions and improvements. Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in customer service • Solid understanding and experience with analytics • Proven experience in planning processes • Strong background in project management • Knowledge of the 'About Time' software or similar time management tools • Excellent leadership skills • Familiarity with hiring processes • Ability to create and manage websites • Experience in the retail sector is a plus • Proven track record in implementation of projects or programs • Basic understanding of engineering concepts • Exceptional communication skills • Proficiency in SQL • Experience with Agile Scrum methodology • Ability to manage stakeholders effectively • Excellent collaboration skills • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment • Experience with web app development and management • Proficiency in Tableau • Strong coordination skills • Experience with e-commerce applications • Proficiency in JIRA • Experience in UX design • Strong project planning skills.
