Qualitest is looking for a Technical Project Coordinator to join our team in Redmond, WA.

 

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for User Support for a data collection project. Their main task is to create, maintain, and improve structures that allow quick and efficient support to all project participants in need of logistical, compliance, or technical assistance. The ideal Project Coordinator will handle multiple projects simultaneously and serve as a point of contact between users and key stakeholders.

 

Required Skills:

Comfortable in technical environments. Proactive and innovative. Great communication skills. Ability to work efficiently with various teams and personalities. English fluency verbally and in writing. Data driven, solution and detail oriented. Ability to learn quicklyLeadership skills. Ability to work in fast-paced projects with minimal guidance. Experience in IT customer support. Familiar with Google Docs and Sheets. Familiar with creating satisfaction surveys.
