Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven Project Coordinator to support and coordinate the integration and management of electronic case reporting (eCR) platform activities. This individual will play a key role in ensuring the seamless execution of projects, fostering collaboration among stakeholders, and addressing technical and operational challenges in the healthcare data exchange space.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordination of eCR Platform Activities:
Facilitate collaboration with Health Care Organizations (HCOs), Public Health Agencies (PHAs), Health Information Service Providers (HISPs), and Electronic Health Record (EHR) partners in the eCR ecosystem.
Support and increase stakeholder awareness of platform impacts, ensuring all parties are informed and aligned.
Address and resolve technical barriers related to the integration and infrastructure of eCR systems.
Maintain clear, effective communication across all interfaces, focusing on shared objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
Manage service desk related inquires, issues, incidents, enhancements, gather requirements and feasibility with a dynamic cross functional team.
Project Coordination and Execution:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment across diverse project stakeholders.
Manage platform activities using Jira, including tracking progress, updating tasks, and maintaining accountability.
Translate stakeholder inputs into actionable strategies and execute plans to drive projects forward.
Serve as a liaison between technical teams and interested parties to facilitate seamless project execution.
Business Analysis and Technical Writing through Process Optimization:
Act as a subject matter expert on business processes, identifying gaps, and proposing improvements.
Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals.
Cross-functional team collaboration to develop and maintain technical documentation for eCR activities including product management, technical enablement and other project management material.
Produce clear and precise documentation of supportive eCR processes and development, ensuring that activities are understood and implemented.
Develop and maintain process workflows, ensuring accuracy and scalability.
Analyze data trends and system performance to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Pay Rate: $40-47/hr

Detail-oriented with expertise in documentation, process workflow development, and quality assurance.
Proficiency in project management tools, applications (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet) and methodologies.
Experience in healthcare data exchange, with working knowledge of EHR systems and electronic case reporting (eCR). A proactive self-starter with a problem-solving mindset.
Familiarity with healthcare industry standards and interoperability protocols.
Ability to adapt to existing practices and a dynamic environment acting as a subject matter expert on relevant business processes.
