Within the Customer Support (CS) Application Business Support (ABS) organization, you will be tasked to rollout the Virtual Compute Platform (VCP) at our customers and secure that the worldwide 24x7 support team is maintaining it to provide a high available platform for our customer. As the CS New Product Introduction (NPI) Project Lead (PL), you take ownership of and are responsible for one or more NPI project(s) rolling out the product at our customers.
Role and responsibilitiesThroughout the different phases of the NPI project(s) you will have various responsibilities:
Ensure requirements from the customers and ASML field teams are taken into account during the initiation phase of the project.Track requirement compliance. For non-compliances defining containment and ensuring risks are mitigated.Define & plan service related solutions (included Service or Support Model).Set-up and operate issue intake and solution roll-out for all project milestones (installation, qualification and go-live).Ensure that the field team(s) have the required information to prepare themselves to maintain the VCP (i.e. blueprint, knowledge).Support CS Project Manager (PM) in Key Decision deliverables for development of new changes on the VCP, according to ASML’s Product Generation Process.Work together with several different groups within ASML: System Engineering, Development & Engineering, Logistics, Product Management and CS local organization to deliver the best solution for our customers.Feedback experiences and lessons learned towards the respective teams.Education and experienceBachelor or Master degree in IT, Electronics or Software engineering4-9 years of relevant experience in a similar role or industryPrevious involvement in complex stakeholder management projectsExperience in managing projects and introducing new products within an organizationBackground in software and or IT developmentExperience in high-tech industry is a plusSkills
