Responsibilities 

Prepares project plans and drives the project from conception and planning to implementation. Will participate in the development of  strategies, processes and resources.Manages project schedule and task details by utilizing project management tools such as reports, tracking charts, checklist and project scheduling software.Coordinates allocated resources from within the Division  to achieve on-time and within budget performance objectives for the project.  Initiates and manages purchase requisitions, and purchase orders.Drives cost schedule performance of equipment for internal and external customers and vendors worldwide.Participates on multifunctional design teams comprised of internal, external and/or matrixed headcount to complete projects.  Provides technical input to team members to achieve project goals.Interfaces and coordinates within the division to define project objectives, provide status updates and prepare for release and deployment.Provides engineering and business process expertise to team and other members on various standard programs / issues.Identifies and resolves potential complications within the project and develops solutions for resolution.Working within a multi-disciplined team of engineers ( 10 peers), Will be expected to become a key subject matter expert on particular projects in addition to owning key equipment across the site. Engage & drive multiple internal & external suppliers whilst maintaining key relationships.This role requires the successful candidate to be hands on with equipment and projects tactically whilst also strategically planning the next plans and requirements for the site.Candidate must have strong electrical and mechanical knowledge with a drive for hands on work. Ability to read and understand utility designs / calculations.
 

Requirements 

Graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering with a Master’s in Engineering Management, Business Management, or MBA

Must be in good academic standing with a preferred GPA above 3.0 on a 4.0 scale

Knowledge of automation

Able to solve complex problems and take a new perspective on existing solutions

U.S. Salary Range:

$84,000.00 - $115,500.00

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
