Kforce has a client in Miami, FL that is seeking a Technical Project Manager. This is a full time, hourly position that reports to the Manager of the Guest Services Information Technology Product Team. The Technical Project Manager will perform various functions including: planning tasks, building timelines, budget reviews & forecasting, organizing/directing multiple phases of project to a complete delivery, project closure, working with various teams including purchasing, vendors, product teams, delivery teams and travel teams. Responsibilities: * Work with multiple teams to develop a project plan and timeline * Coordinate and communicate across various verticals for deliverables * Create and maintain budgets * Accurately forecast spend (actuals and estimations) on monthly, quarterly, and project basis * Lead team in a very dynamic environment * Communicate clearly with stakeholders through both verbal and written mediums * Evaluate and report clearly on project status, risks, financials, and upcoming/past events * Monitor and assess project deliverables to ensure delivery * Appropriately assign tasks and responsibilities
