**Description** Join Team SAIC and support the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (CCDEVCOM), Engineering and Systems Integration (ESI) Directorate, Quick Reaction Capability (QRC) Branch. **Position is located in Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD.** **SAIC provides relocation assistance.** We are seeking a **Technical Project Manager** to support the Information Analysis Center Multiple Award Contract (IAC MAC) and Task Order (TO). We are currently assembling our team of experienced professionals who have in-depth experience in providing expertise to support research, development, assessments, adaption, transformation, testing, integration, demonstrations, transition, fielding, sustainment, and enhancement of designated information and/or intelligence software systems. Job Duties: + Responsible for successful delivery of a program to a customer; or manage performance of a task or project as part of a larger program under direction of another PM. + Manage and integrate activities in accordance with contract requirements and ensure technical, schedule, cost, and financial performance. + Define or contribute to the program baseline then execute the program to comply with baseline requirements. + Manage risk, customer relationships, and program staffing. + Lead a cross functional team, to include but not limited to, of systems engineers, software and hardware integrators, software developers, cyber security experts, trainers, configuration managers, and logisticians. + Interpret and break down high level requirements to execute projects and tasks at a rapid pace. + Comfortable with managing highly complex and technical projects. **Qualifications** **Required Education and Experience:** + Bachelor's degree with fifteen (15) years of experience; four (4) years of additional experience accepted in lieu of degree **Required Clearance:** + Must have an active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI SAIC accepts applications on an ongoing basis and there is no deadline.
