Job Description I have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Engineer/Technical Manager/Project Manager to join my client, a leading yacht management company in Fort Lauderdale.

You will be involved in the technical management and support of a fleet of large yachts, including yachts under construction.
  
You will be required to reside within a commuter distance from the Fort Lauderdale office. Candidates must have the existing right to live and work in the USA. No sponsorship will be offered as part of this position.
Liaising with Crew to support Technical Support Budget Supervision Organising drydocks Acting as a point of contact for engineers Oversee the design, construction, and delivery of high-end superyachts Coordinate with shipyards, designers, and suppliers, ensuring top-tier quality, compliance, and timely completion Lead new build projects from concept to delivery Manage budgets, timelines, and technical specifications Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams Ensure compliance with industry standards   
The ideal candidate:
Experience working in a technical role in the superyacht industry Proven experience in superyacht project management Experience working with new builds  Strong technical knowledge of marine engineering Exceptional communication and organizational skills Generous salary dependant on experience and other benefits.
