Proven experience in client & stakeholder management.Experience in managing SLA / SLM Management. Having Technical understanding /background.Extended availability based on client requirements.Strong Communication (Spoken/Listening/Written) Experience in in the DR (Disaster recovery) drills monthly and quarterly in-person in the office.
