As the Technical Project Manager, you will manage the day-to-day coordination of assigned projects and monitor, control, and manage the overall project performance. You will also focus on all the Project Management Principles (risk management, stakeholder management, schedule management, quality management, scope/change management, cost management, resource management, procurement management) to deliver on time, on schedule, and with appropriate quality. You will lead facility infrastructure, manufacturing, and test related projects within MA&T to meet strategic objectives of the organization.

Key Accountabilities:

Manage the day-to-day coordination of assigned projectsMonitor, control, and manage the overall project performance to address deviations from plan in line with company standard processes Focus on all the Project Management Principles (risk management, stakeholder management, schedule management, quality management, scope/change management, cost management, resource management, procurement management) to deliver on time, on schedule, and with appropriate qualityOrganize the regular updates from the project team to MA&T leadership, coordinating regular progress reviewsResponsible for the project management documentation of all project activities (risks, change requests, export control if applicable, financial transactions, benefits, etc.Act as the Contractor Supervising Officer (CSO) for the project and coordinate safety of the contractors per HSE procedures and guidelines

Basic Requirements:

Associate’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Project Management with 7+ years of experience, ORBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Project Management with 5+ years of experience, ORMaster’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Project Management with 3+ years of experience, ORJD/PhD, OR9 years of experience leading projects or programs in lieu of degreeTo be considered for this opportunity, you must be a US citizen

Proven track record in project management, achieving and exceeding targets, with experience in all stages of the project life cycleStrong capabilities in strategic and analytical thinking, taking initiative, and managing challenges in changing business environmentGood communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex information with individuals at all levels within the organizationExcellent networking and stakeholder management experiencePrior team leadership experienceProject Management Professional (PMP) CertificationEarned Value Management experienceSignificant experience and skills with MS Excel and MS ProjectHigh integrity, good work ethics, strong drive, with a customer focusThis role will be primarily focused on the Indy campus – Excellence Building, Performance Building, and Victory Building
