Technical Project Manager
Position Summary

Work you’ll do 

•Responsible for the planning, management and coordination of Modernization projects
•Must have prior experience managing *technical projects * or IT implementations and the ability to understand high level technical conversations to determine risks and dependencies
•Manage Modernization Agile Software Solution Teams including delivery, budget, staffing, and scope
•Identify, manage, and mitigate risks internally with the Program and with client counterparts
•Good communication and presentation skills to enable client relationships and management reporting
•Coordinate with Scrum Masters, Tech Leads, Functional Leads to manage day to day delivery
•Coordinate, escalate/expedite cross team dependencies and blockers to clear the path for the Scrum Teams to deliver their Sprint goals
•Coordinate with Architects from EA, Security, Data teams to enable the Scrum Teams in design conversations
•Engage with diverse technical and business stakeholders to obtain consensus and buy-in for strategic and tactical efforts in technical projects, process improvements, operations organization/administration).
•Build, refine, and maintain Project schedules and their dependencies
•Build staffing forecasts, rough order of magnitude (ROM) estimations, notional schedules and roadmaps, implementation plans etc. in response to new SOWs
•Author and review project deliverables

Qualifications 

Required: 


Bachelor’s degree required Technical Project Manager with 10+ years of professional experience in government, consulting, and/or healthcare Experienced with large scale modernization projected  Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role Travel up to 20% 

 

Preferred: 

Proficient experience with technologies such as Angular, Java, API MicroServices, Oracle, PL/SQLExperience with Camunda, Redhar, cloud native, AWS, Docusign, DocumentumExperience with Agile methodologies Previous Healthcare FDA project experience
