CACI has a need to add an experienced Project Manager to its technical team in Omaha, NE.  The candidate should be experienced performing the following tasks.


More About the Role:

Familiar with the implementation of complex engineering solutions for critical systems and capabilities, engineering and implementation of C4 systems, operations and maintenance of systems and subsystems.Familiar with the design, engineering and implementation of technologies and interfaces specifically supporting the operational capability of senior leadership and supporting facilities.Familiar with installation, integration and test activities in support of operation and maintenance of C4 systems.Initiate projects; Develop Statements of Work, proposals, and project plans, define scope and requirements, identify required resources, determine dependencies, quantify risk, obtain internal and external buy-in.Experience implementing change management including communication plans, stakeholder engagement, chairing requirements gathering and design review meetings, managing workflow processes and schedules.Collaborate closely with Customer Project Manager to identify, prioritize and implement Change Requests.Work closely with customer COR for review/approval of new requirements, contractual topics or issues; Monitor, assess and proactively communicate issues, concerns, or problems to include contractual issues or out of scope work.Manage multiple projects simultaneously; must provide daily, weekly, monthly communications battle rhythm via in-person team reviews, electronic project trackers, monthly status reports, quarterly status reports, and reoccurring meetings.Perform records management and proper task tracking; Record project artifacts on the Gov system of record (Remedy ticketing system) and other approved tools such as share drives, SharePoint pages, databases, etc.Manage all projects closely in Remedy ticketing system to include project task list entry and sequencing, ensure tasks do not get hung up in the system, make weekly entries for Gov and other stakeholder awareness, ensure all required project artifacts and configuration management records are uploaded when milestones are met, coordinate with system-triggered approvers for periodic reviews, and ensure the correct associations are created between projects and hardware/software assets as required.Facilitate strong collaboration between technical personnel for situational awareness and quality control. Foster a high performing team mindset.Develop and maintain effective quality control procedures to ensure services are performed, and deliverables provided in accordance with the PWS.Develop and provide various continuity and program artifacts such as:Work Instructions, Standard Operating Procedures, templates, Job Aids, acronym lists, stakeholder registries, meeting minutes, schedules, project summaries, reporting documentation, requirement elicitations, etc.Execute Projects; resource load implementation schedules, and cost estimates for major, high risk, short and long-term projects.Manage project efforts to meet stakeholder’s expectations. Work with business units and Functional Managers to identify and secure required team resources to meet project objectives. Ensure personnel and financial resources align with schedule and cost baselines.Report earned value management data. Meet deliverables, timelines, milestones, and contractual obligations as stated in the contract.Manage team resources within a matrix organization. Ability to design, organize, prioritize, and schedule work assignments.Conduct project team meetings to ensure the project team has complete understanding and buy-in to assigned tasks, schedule, deliverables, budget, risks, and measures of success. Manage subcontractor progress on deliverables, ensuring end-products meet product specifications, requirements, and align with financial and schedule baselines.Manage and control change order processes, and communicate with stakeholders change order implications. Meet with executive management and stakeholders to report project status. Manage and communicate project risks; Identify the critical path; Develop risk mitigation and contingency plans.Capture lessons learned at the close of each project, and document the project for appropriate knowledge transfer.Ability to learn and apply standard project management methodologies and tools.Requires creativity, flexibility, leadership and the ability to think and act independently. Ability to create and communicate solutions. Ability to define problems, collect and analyze data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.Directly supervise a team of sixteen (16)Systems engineers, IT personnel and technicians.This role reports directly to an onsite overall lead PM.Collaborates with engineering staff


You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science degree from a four-year college or university with a discipline in any of the following: Engineering, Science, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Manufacturing, Management5 or more years experience managing technical projects and teamsMust have Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret/SCI clearance                                 


These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

Experience with DOD or DOE contracts and programs8 or more years experience managing technical projects and teamsITIL v4 FoundationSecurity plusProject Management Professional (PMP) CertificationActive TS/SCI

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$70,900 - $148,900
