Technical Project Manager
Maximus TCS (Technology and Consulting Services) Internal Job Profile Code: TCS171, P3, Band 6 Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement & Onboarding:Promote the organization’s enterprise cloud-hosted service offerings.Onboard new customers, ensuring a smooth transition and integration.Engage directly with government and customer stakeholders to identify requirements and business use cases.Technical Facilitation:Host and facilitate technical engineering discussions to gather project requirements.Define scope of work and configuration changes for LAN and WAN network connections.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Collaborate with geographically dispersed, cross-functional virtual teams (Network Engineering, System Engineering, Cyber Security, Personnel Security Office, Program Managers, Senior Government stakeholders, etc.).Manage communication with internal and external stakeholders, working with teams such as Cybersecurity, Cyber Compliance, Operations, NOC, and Service Delivery to solve customer issues.Customer Loyalty & Satisfaction:Drive customer loyalty and satisfaction through strategic customer engagement.Gather key valuable insights and understand the voice of the customer.Project Management:Develop project management plans, milestones, dependencies, critical paths, scope, budgets, and other established project processes to ensure successful delivery applying Agile methodologies.Ensure project status reporting is accurate and timely, and required project deliverables meet quality and compliance standards.Identify project resource requirements and escalate resource constraints.Proactively identify and remediate risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution.Leadership & Collaboration:Exercise strong leadership and collaboration skills while working with stakeholders and project team members to manage, inform, and influence outcomes.Manage multiple project initiatives simultaneously while practicing strong time management and prioritization skills.Demonstrate the ability to adapt to changing demands and work in a dynamic environment among cross-functional teams.
Minimum Requirements:
Candidates must have an active TS/SCI Security ClearanceBachelor's degree in Program/Project Management, Information Systems, Business Management, or another related field5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on customer engagement and technical facilitation.Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and working with government stakeholders.
Skills & Competencies:Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools such as Atlassian Jira.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Experience with SharePoint for reporting metrics and statusesTechnical Skills:
Understanding of LAN and WAN network connections.Experience in hosting and facilitating technical engineering discussions.Familiarity with cloud-hosted service offerings.
