Education:
Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree a plus.Experience:
5 years or more in IT environment. 3 years or more managing IT related projects. Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. Project Management certification preferred. Experience with IFS Applications a plus.Skills:
Managed multiple projects Managed projects with many stakeholders Program management Experience in developing and reviewing program/project budgets and cost/expense information Risk and Issues Project Management software Strong written and verbal communications skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced, high pressure environment Proficient/Expert in MS Office Suite, MS Project, and MS Visio, Jira Ability to successfully engage and interact with both IT and the business Ability to work in decentralized team and communicate using virtual communications tools (phone, conferencing, web meetings, etc.) Self-starter that does not need to wait for instructions; takes actions to achieve goals; proactive Experience in project/program management, portfolio management methodologiesPhysical Skill & Effort: Work requires a few simple, but rapid, hand operations. Work requires infrequent physical effort and little to no exposure to hazardous conditions.
Working Conditions and Hazards: Normal plant, shop, field or office conditions. From time to time, slightly disagreeable features. Negligible/little or no exposure to hazardous conditions. May require occasional or regular exposure to production plant environments with welding and fabrication operations.
