We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Scrum Agile Methodologies Agile Jira Design Review and Content Management. Experience in the Cards and Payments domain is a plus.

Role: Technical Project Manager
Location: New York - This is a Hybrid role with at least 2 days required onsite.

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $125,000 and $150,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.

Must have extensive experience in Scrum Agile Methodologies Agile Jira Design Review and Content Management. Nice to have experience in the Cards and Payments domain. Must possess strong leadership and team management skills. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be highly organized and detail-oriented. Must have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Must be proficient in project management tools and software. Must have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model. Must be able to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities. Must have strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Must be committed to continuous improvement and professional development. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.Certifications Required
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) Project Management Professional (PMP) Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
