• Coordinate deployments across multiple time zones, working with teams in the US, UK/Europe, and APAC (e.g., Japan, India, Netherlands), with flexibility to adjust working hours as needed.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including schedules, risk assessments, and deployment plans, ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
• Engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and coordination between internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
• Identify and mitigate risks proactively, addressing challenges that may arise in global deployments while optimising efficiency for both customers and the business.
• Lead regular status meetings with project teams and key stakeholders, providing clear updates, addressing concerns, and driving continuous improvement.
• Deliver insightful reports and presentations, including dashboards and post-project reviews, to keep stakeholders informed and support process enhancements.
• PMP certification preferred, with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field OR an equivalent combination of education, certifications, and professional experience.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Project, with knowledge of Smartsheet considered advantageous.
• Highly organised, with strong prioritisation and time management abilities in dynamic, cross-functional environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clear and effective interaction with diverse technical and non-technical audiences.
• Infrastructure project experience is desirable, with a fundamental understanding of systems, storage, and data management to support technical project execution.
