Technical Project Manager
Our client in **Cleveland, OH** is seeking a **Technical Project Manager** to join their team. **Job Title: Technical Project Manager** **Location: Cleveland, OH** **Pay Range: $80-90/hr** **What’s the Job?** + Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, iteration reviews, and retrospectives. + Coach and mentor teams on Agile best practices, improving team dynamics and delivery effectiveness. + Identify, track, and manage cross-team dependencies and vendor deliverables to ensure alignment with business objectives. + Collaborate with stakeholders to define clear goals, priorities, and expectations, balancing Agile delivery with traditional project oversight where needed. + Address and remove impediments that hinder team progress, whether within the team or due to external constraints. + Monitor and manage risks, issues, and mitigation plans to maintain project momentum. + Support budgeting, scope management, and project timelines to align with business objectives and organizational priorities. + Promote Agile adoption within the teams, driving continuous learning and improvement. + Utilize Agile and project management tools (e.g., Jira) to track progress and maintain transparency. **What’s Needed?** + 5+ years of experience in IT project management. + 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master within IT. + Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and/or SAFe certifications preferred. + PMP or other project management certifications are a plus. + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field. **What’s in it for me?** + Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision & 401k) + Experis Academy + Hybrid + Contract - potential to extend and/or convert If this is a role that interests you and you’d like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
