**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background combined with excellent project management skills. This role involves managing complex projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** + **Project Planning and Execution:** Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Ensure projects are executed according to plan and within budget. + **Team Coordination:** Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, QA testers, and other stakeholders. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members. + **Stakeholder Management:** Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related matters. Regularly communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, ensuring their expectations are managed. + **Risk Management:** Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle. + **Quality Assurance:** Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards and specifications. Oversee testing and validation processes. + **Technical Expertise:** Provide technical guidance and support to the project team. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. + **Documentation:** Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and other relevant records. + **Continuous Improvement:** Evaluate project outcomes and lessons learned to improve future project management processes and methodologies. **Qualifications:** + **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus. + **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical project management. + **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, MS Project) and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum). Strong technical background. + **Soft Skills:** Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. + **Other Requirements:** Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
