The Technical Project Manager will provide technical product support, increase the utilization of subscribed solutions and services, and deliver an overall improved customer experience. The TPM will increase the overall utilization of product solutions and services with their subscribed customers. The TPM has industry, product, and process expertise and will add customer value through business insight and best practice sharing. The TPM will continuously improve satisfaction and customer retention through deliberate customer engagements. This position will assist the Program Manager and other TPMs with special projects and lead their own special projects. The TPMs will also identify all risks in their accounts, plan and execute customer experience improvement plans, communicate with and use internal resources as necessary, and aid all other TPMs.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, with demonstrated technical and troubleshooting skills, preferably in support of the VA or DoD. At least 2–3 years of experience supporting responses to federal RFPs with a focus on programmatic strategy and compliance. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered. Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with data management, system troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues. Proficiency in data harmonization tools and reporting software. Knowledge Requirements: Strong understanding of federal program management and acquisition processes. Expertise in Section 508 compliance standards and federal security protocols. Customer Service: Proven ability to deliver an excellent customer experience through proactive problem-solving and clear communication. Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical issues for non-technical audiences. Clearance: Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with federal compliance frameworks, including security and accessibility. Familiarity with VA or DoD data systems and requirements. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification 1-year or more experience in healthcare supply chain Experience working in a team-oriented environment as a lead resource Product knowledge of GHX products or relatable supply chain experienceEstimated salary range: $98,000 - $130,500
The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the GHX’s salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role. The base salary is one component of GHX’s total compensation package for employees.
